Bad on-line purchase from hi-fi corporation

I bought an edblo base set on-line, the one side of the bed was faulty, I could feel the springs & I started checking the other sides there are spaces as though they are short of foam or whatever they put on the mattress. I called them they attempted to assist till they said they can't help me. I'm stuck with a brand new bed that is terrible to sleep in, it was bought on the 9th March 2006.
