BAD - NON service Hi Fi Corporation

I am sending this complaint out of desperacy!!. I have place an online order for a Phillips Hairdryer on 22/11/2019. I opted to order from Hi Fi Corporation online services as the Phillips hairdryer Model8281-100 was for the best price that I could get anywhere. My payment was only confirmed on 25/11/2019 athough I have send it through to them immediately after it was done. Their delivery says - within 14 working days. I have been trying to track my order, complained about the non communication, non reply, and today is day 14 (working days). I eventually got through to their"CUSTOMER SERVICE" - SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME ABOUT THE DELAY - HOPEFULLY TODAY STILL. But I am left without a hairdryer and without my money to go and buy another one. I would advice anyone NOT to make use of Hi Fi Corporation's ONLINE service. It is a vast!!. Apparently to get a refund is just as comlpicated.
