Bad news I will never refer someone to Hi-fi Corporation

Hi-fi corporation have a very u friendly and unprofessional why of helping a client with full and final settlement balances on your account.

I requested a full and final settlement balance on my account on the 1st of October and the amount they gave me was more than the outstanding balance on the account. The outstanding balance onthe account was R9426, 58 and the amount they gave me for the full and final settlement was R10226, 63. They said they could not lose on fees and interest on the outstanding balance. I paid the amount on 9 October and stil they deducted the installment of R1041, 60 on the 15th of October. This is really unacceptable they want more money that they are entitled to for the settlement of the account and then they deduct again an debit order. I want my money refunded and then the amount that I was charged more also refunded.
