bad management

i went to the secunda branch to buy a PS4 package just to be told they dont have stock and dont know when its coming,in fact the sales consultant told me most of the products in the christmas catalogue they dont have! How on earth do u issue a sales catalogue and dont have stock available!!!!! And why must i as the customer walk up and down looking for someone to assist me???
