Bad hisense machine not continued problems

I bought a hisence washing machine, they came to fix it and it gives the same problem. It doesn't dry, has a burning smell and sometimes when it's done there's too much water in it. I have been asking then to take if back cs the brand is bad bt no1 pays any attention. Please assist cs I have washing to do n they keep wasting my time
