Bad experience Hi Fi Corp

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a complaint about poor /non extent service we received at Hi-Fi Corp in Arbour crossing Amanzimtoti.</p> <p>My son and I went to the shop yesterday 11/6/2017 but had the worst experience ever. Firstly we were walking around looking for someone to help us. people standing around but no one to help. We got hold of 2 guys busy putting up a wooden shelf (small about 30cmx 15cm) we asked if someone can help as we looking for a projector. one asked what we want to do with it, we explained and he said there is 2 in the shop R1200.00 and R2400.00 but the picture will not be good if we want to make it big. and just waived to the other side off the shop did not even show us the box or anything. turned around and carried on speaking to the other guy who is busy with the shelf. we then walked away and there was e people standing in the right front shop and 1 Indian lady at the door talking to the security. 3 people behind the cashier desk. We the only people in the shop. (wonder why maybe because other people got the same treatment. we then left and at the door complained about service and the Indian lady says we talking like that because we white. Sorry that is ****** and not appreciate. We then went over the road to Macro. Best service ever. The Indian guy then took out a projector and went out off his way to show us what the picture and every thing is.</p> <p>I am sorry but Hi-Fi Corp will not see me again. My son actually told us to go there and not Macro.</p>
