Bad experience from Hi-fi Cooperation

I bought a Hisense Refrigerator that has 5Year Guarantee, now I have a problem with it, it's not cooling at all and I did logged a complain with them, they came to do the inspection and found a fault, they said they'll report the matter to their Head office which must give them a go ahead as to what will happen, that was already last Month when they came to my House for the Inspection, I waited the whole Month without the problem being solved, I went there Yesterday to find out why they haven't done anything, the Supervisor asked me to choose the Fridge and was told to pay the price difference of about R 700.00 on a gift card, so that I don't have to go all the way there Monday, "today" it's now something to 3 they haven't called to say when are they delivering my new Fridge been waiting, I am so frustrated, my food is getting rotten..these people do not care about their Customers, this is such a very bad and unforgivable experience
