Bad experience

horrible service I ordered online and driver came to my gate and hooted without a call and that is disrespect and not professional , the order is also incomplete and I need everything that I ordered nd this is a gift hence I placed an order . when I called hifi on line they said they do not know who is the delivery company which does not make sense I need my parcel as soon as possible and no more buying online from this company . No assistance at all.
