Bad experience at Hi-Fi Corporation Trade Route Mall

I had a bad experience at Hi Fi Corporation Trade Route mall yesterday 14/02/26 between 16:15 and 16:50. I came in with a trolley, with 2 babies in the trolley, she said I must leave my trolley at the door. I told her I cannot leave my babies at the door.She just left me there standard did not try to offer me any alternative solutions to the problem I was the to buy an external hard drive. I tried to talk to her because I wanted to find out the price first. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say, she was so rude. I asked another gentleman to assist me. I asked him what is the lady's name who refused to assist me, he said her name is Maria, I'm not sure if he gave me the correct name. I understand the company policies about trolleys but she could atleast give me her attention and listen to what I need to say because I'm a customer and its he job to hear me ou***** not that fist time I'm experiencing terrible service at Hi-Fi Corporation. I had a similar experience at South gate. When I asked a question the two youung men who were assisting me started laughing at me like I was stupid.
