Bad experience

Bad service ever with this company only if I knew I was not going to buy from it. I bought a mini oven stove in March the 18th 2021 it's within 3 months the stove is not working they tell me about sending the stove for repair for 21 days but going through their blog customers are complaining about how they take long to fix their products the problem is now I have to buy another stove because I am using that stove every day I am not happy with their service only If I knew I was going to buy from the best retail store. Their receipt doesn't have terms and conditions about warranty even in the store when you buy they don't explain their warranty I will not advice anyone to buy from them and I won't buy to this shop ever again. They can keep my oven I don't care
