Bad custormer service

Yeah what a bad experience i have with this shop...

On the 7th of november 2022 we made an online purchase of 2 x Samsung 13kg washing machine for r5499 which were on promotion that was ending on the 13th of the same month, so after the purchase we got only the purchase order number with no further communication and i kept quiet cause it takes 3-6 days to deliver so they say until the 11th of the same month which a close friend decided to buy the same item and after a few hours of purchasing she then got all sorts of communications including delivery date... Now with panic i call in and ask about my order whoever answered apologised and promiced to process the order immediately, then i called in on the 14th to ask how far is my order because there are no tracking details, didn't they tell me they reserving the items for black friday i should way for it or option for refund, but if i want i can still buy it on the new price which is now r6500 cause the promotion ended... I told them i want my items as its not my fault for them not to do their work, was a bit of argument between me and them but final desicion was if you willing to wait 7 days will send stock down to PE for you... I agreed on waiting, i call again after 3 days to check if stock is on its way cause i don't trust them at the moment wasn't i told that we agreed to get a refund so they processing it and later that day a message came through confirming the refund which we never agreed too,until today my problem hasnt been sorted out and it really seems i wont be getting the items but the money back... And the friend that was provided with delivery dates still today hasn't got her item and thers no proper answer to why not, instead of solving the issue they keep on saying they app**** for a formal complaint everytime you call i just dont know now really.
