Bad Customer Services

Today I called the N1 City branch and spoke to Dominique to confirm if they have an Open View USB stick, she assured me that they have 1 left and I can come and fetch it. I then drove all the way to N1 City only to find they had none. Dominique was standing at the counter, she did not even bother to explain to me what went wrong instead she was abrupt and said a colleague sold it not even an acknowledgement. I spoke to the Manager Danie Van Vuuren who was a waste of time useless I tell you. The epitomy of bad Customer Services they should just close down.
