BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/HI-FI CORP IS A ****

I bought a 43 inch Samsung TV through payflex on the 3rd of Feb ,delayed to be delivered as I kept calling and asking what's taking long to deliver.

Tv was delivered on the 13 unboxed it on the 14th which I found the screen broken ,I lodge a complain immediately and hence till today I do not have a clear communication on when u fetching the damaged TV and when am I getting a replacement.

i am still not getting any answers as i constantly call and do follow ups.
