Bad customer service Hifi Corporation Wonder park

I have purchased a TV with them within 3 months it stoped working ; when I approached them they send a technician to fix the problem and advised if the problem persists they will exchange the unit now the Tv has stopped working again when I went to them was told they will send a technician to fix it the complaint was logged on the 01-02-2019 to date no one came to fix the problem when i went back to the store they called a technician only to find that the call was registered on the tech side on the 07-02-2019 they advised i have to wait another 10 working days they have ordered spares from cape town thats when I asked how do they know the falt cause no one came to assess the tv and I also asked them when will it be fixed as I am paying DSTV monthly without access to tv they told me its not their problem. How is that for service after I have spend more than R12000 in their store.
