Bad customer service . Hifi corporation

I purchased a fridge/freezer on 7 December . For delivery on 9 December . On 8 December the store called and said they didn't have the item in stock. They told me the product will be arriving on the 13 December . On 13 December they said they don't have the item in stock and they will only have it on the 18 December .
