****BAD Customer Service**** Bought a 19k 75inch tv on Saturday the 09th, sales rep Isaac did not have any info on the product just pointed me everywhere and kept going to the backroom. They told me they don't deliver, organized my own transport fine took it home. Noticed a bad backlight bleed on the tv, reported it to Isaac, he said from the pics he cant see so i should bring it in, organized transport again, he promised to swop it with the latest of the same price, when i got there everyone seemed not to see the backlight issue until i asked them to open a new one and compare then it was verified. Upon now swoping i noticed they wanted to give me an older model and i refused, the guy took hes time going back and forth told me to go check at game i dont know why, left home without a tv i bought cash
