Bad customer service ever

I regret why i didn't read peoples review, i bought a bed online on the 1st November 2020,its been two weeks now. I call and email them every day, they keep sending sms's saying they'll deliver but nothing. I even went to the store complaining, the manager said there was nothing that he could do to assist because he's not in charge of the online things.. So I'm left helpless, still sleeping on the floor though i paid for the bed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy at hifi corp.. Hence they don't care about their customers.
