Bad customer service ever

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, I ordered last week Tuesday then Thursday I received a message not to go anywhere as the order will arrive “I canceled my plans “, IT DIDN'T then I thought maybe Friday nothing.. we called on Saturday about fetching it from the store they said we can’t since it’s out already... Monday I call and lodged a complaint nobody got back to me and still no order, Tuesday morning I call still no order, I eventually get a call with options to pick it up since I’m still waiting and I Enquire about the refund apparently it will take 3-7days “Mind you I’m already inconvenienced” no working no Tv for my kid’s, I eventually get to Southgate Mall and get delayed by incompetence, I get home I’m not happy about my order and now I need to go back to that store again.. I will never ever in my life order from HiFi Corp .. I’m so angry
