Bad Customer Service

Paid my account in full end of 2020 but due to Covid and missing one payment during the start of Covid I cant get credit anywhere due the my account. They still need to refund me because I actually overpaid my account. All I ask is my refund and clear my name on ITC, I need to buy myself a car but due to you I cant get credit anywhere. This is so not fair.
