Bad customer service

I ordered a Fridge online with Hi-fi Corp 24 December 2019 they said 7-10 business days but to date of this review I don't have the fridge and I called asking for a refund because I had already bought the Fridge but nothing.

Never have I felt so insulted when they said the Fridge is in their Cpt warehouse and that they do not deliver to Mthatha as Mthatha is a "remote area" of which I first called before even placing that order.

For them to do anything I have to call and I don't know how many times they asked for my banking details but in vain to receive my refund.
