BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I placed an order on 01/12/2023 and next thing when only today I am told that the delivery was hijacked and my order was affected. So if I did not check on this order HiFi Corp would have never contacted me!!! Is the Hijack even real?? I want my Order!! Mark this as my last purchase!!
