Bad customer service at HIFI CORPORATION

I was foolish enough to order a BED from them (online), placed an order Sunday, today its Thursday the order still hasnt been delivered.

When chatting with customer service agents I hear one story after another - no accountability whatsoever and NO date to deliver the bed. I am sleeping on the floor bedless while I PAID for a bed.

Just DONOT order from them!
