Bad customer service

It’s the second time I’m being assisted by Cashier Refilwe Maluku if you check the records, I have an account which I’m settling and each time I’m assisted by her to make payment like always before I pay ,I ask how much is the balance and my settlement amount she either gets annoyed by the questions and it’s as if I’m forcing her and all I’m asking is for assistance, this needs to addressed as I’m probably not the only customer she treats In that manner, I work in customer services and I never bring my issues to work, her service is appalling and had to address this as it’s the second time she treats me in this manner.

When I was assisted by Winnie Dinala she assisted me with passion and ensuring that when I left the stores I had no question marks regarding my account, big up to her service!!!
