Bad customer service

I ordered 2 HP 652 cartridges online. I ordered a black cartridge and a tri-color cartridge. I paid for this two cartridges. I only received the tri-color cartridge. Now no-one knows where the black cartridge is or where my order is. I spoke with a few people at different Hi-Fi Corporations and also sent an e-mail to them. No answer what so ever.
