Bad customer service

Baught a washing machine @Hi-Fi Corporation in Boksburg but it didnt work. After reporting it to the store, it took more than 3 weeks to send a technician. Apparently, the assistant forgot to log my query until I followed up after 1 week. Then it dragged for another 2 weeks. My washing machine is sorted out now but, NO MORE HI-FI Corporation. My invoice no. 7682
