Bad customer service

Bought a new on 11th of this month. I found out the phone have a battery drain issue. Went instore to report on friday. Was promised feedback by monday. Monday came n went.. i eventually decided to go back today.. i was told again they will get back me to me.. stil waiting.. at this rate my 14 day warranty period is gona lapse and nothing have been sorted out. Pathetic service from hi fi corp
