Bad customer service

Good day,

I have been trying to get assistance for the past two weeks from hifi corp , but no1 was able to assist me. My husband n I closed the account because it is paid up. They advised that we come back after 3 working days for the paid up letter. Wen we went there they said they do not have and they advise us to write an email we did that n no response till this day. I went on their twitter page to get assistance n they said I must call their financial services wen we call we spoke to 5 different people with no success. Their customer service is ridiculous. I want to close the account because it has been paid up and I need the letter to prove stating that the acc has been closed
