Bad Customer Service

Did a credit application with the branch at Carnival mall a week ago the staff there are rude and not getting back to me for a week now about my application. I would not recommend hifi corp carnival mall to anyone. Phoned this morning only for them to tell me that there is no one in the finance department to assist me.
