BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - *** NOT DELIVERED

Terrible. I received an SMS on Monday at 11h53am advising that my bed would be delivered on the 17/12 I have not received any update on my order and it has not been delivered as promised. I spoke to the call center yesterday and I was advised that delivery will take place. Ja! HiFi Corp I WANT MY BED TODAY!! I've been ****med before so I am very skeptical. Their customer service leaves much to be desired as not one consultant I spoke to yesterday was willing to assist other than repeat the same thing. ""Delivery will take place between 8am - 7pm"" IT NEVER HAPPENED!
