Bad Customer Service

I wrote a blender; I t has not been delivered. I have been making follow-up, no assistance. What is worse, the calls don't go through with my cell but go through with the other numbers.

What is worse it is when i asked about cancellation, they lady Lesego hang up on me. Very rude with an attitude.
