Bad customer service

After having the bad in-store experience I thought buying online would be better!! The service is just as bad! On Saturday I was expectinf delivery and a random guy called me at 18:00 to say ge can't deliver anymore bcoz his truck is broken and the warehouse is closed now! And we agreed on h deliverying it today at 17:30 !! Now he calls me to ask if he can deliver the items now!! So on saturday I stayed indoors the whole day for ntg!! And now I am expected to leave early on my first day at my new job!!! You absolutely cannot inconvenience customers like this! I am nva buying at hi fi again!!! In store or online!!! I do not need feedback on this query but plz fix ur customer service ppl!!
