Bad customer service

Irvin the store manager gave me the worst customer service ever after I was there about to complain. They delivered the wrong washing machine and I was called to come to the store so they can change. When I get there I was told delivery will be done tomorrow 14th Dec 2017 as there do not have drivers. I agreed to that but I asked them to give me the exact time as I will have to arrange someone to be at my place when they deliver. Then the problem started there. They couldnt give me the exact time. Irvin who is the store manager was not willing to assist me he walked away while I was still addressing my frustration. He is so unprofessional and seem not to care about customers. Can I please have my refund. Let them come and get their washing machine and give me my refund.
