bad customer service

I went for the hifi corp sale today...there was no stock of the item I wanted...<br> So I spoke to the lady manager incharge and asked if I can come next weekend and buy it for same price as its not my fault they don't have stock...she was very unhelpful and was was not accommodating in any way...I'm sure stroneridge HiFi has the worse sales reports and its not surprising with such appaulling customer service...I can put money on it but in the near future that HiFi corp will soon close down if the top bosses don't do something to change the customer experience when u walk in the door...
