Bad customer service
<p>I am very upset with the lack of service and the lies told to me by hifi corporation. I received an email yesterday about your clearance sale stating clearly that the sale is in selected stores. My twin sons birthday is on the 4th of June and they really wanted a tablet for their birthday and I was so excited about your special on the R399 Galactic 7" 3G special I started phoning right away. I knew if it slip through my fingers they won't be getting it because I can not afford the normal price. I phoned more than 12 stores and the lies I have been told is unbelievable. First I was told it was only online even though the add states store. I checked online; they have the tablet it is R799. Then when I tell them I checked online they all just sold the last one. That is a lie. From not knowing what I was talking about to selling the last one ; which is it. I went to Westgate Hifi corp today for assistance. The guy helping me confirmed that several stores have stock but unfortunately they can't assist me to get it as it is too far from them. He then suggested I go to vaal hifi corp as they had more than 20 in stock according to the system. I insisted he call them because I wanted them to keep 2 for me to make arrangements to go buy it even though I can not see why they could not arrange for it to be brought to a nearer shop. Then I could say excellent service as that is what Edgars has done for me when I was looking for something and the only stock was in Cape town. He then came with the pathetic story of someone just bought all off them.....I do not believe it!! because if someone just bought all of them why is it still reflecting on your system. To me it is clear that either the staff is lying because they want to buy it all for themselves or the adverti*****t is false or it is a ****. Please tell me which is it? If this is an genuine adverti*****t as I was told can someone of your company that still have good customer service make contact with me please to ensure I can buy this 2 tablets for my sons .</p>
