Bad Customer Service

<p> <br />Good day</p> <p>I am so disappointed at the service received from HiFi Corporation Woodmead branch as I had app**** for a Hisense combo with a decoder and it was approved yesterday by your head office.</p> <p>Surprisingly when I contact the store today they told me the administrator is off, however, they can assist. I then drove to the branch hoping to pick up the goods but when I got there the manager Bob said I must take a seat they are working on it.</p> <p>I then sat by the couches for more than 45 minutes as heavily pregnant as I am and no one had bothered to give me an explanation why it was taking long to release the goods.</p> <p>I then decided to go tell the admin lady to cancel the deal and she notified Bob as I also did but he didn't seem to care as I walked out of the store.</p> <p>I am not happy about this as I am a client bringing business but I wasn't treated as such.<br />May I have a written proof that the account has been cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also been trying to call the head office number: +27 31 ********** because they use that number to contact me but it keeps on cutting without getting through to a consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards <br />Nono</p> <p> <br /> </p>
