Bad customer return service

Return policy misleading: I bought a lenovo ideapad 3 laptop and was not happy with the way it performed due to the battery draining faster than what is advertised. The product was not faulty at all just not happy with battery performance of 2 hours which will not meet my needs. I returned the laptop 4 days later for another laptop that they are selling for the same price but they told me their is a handling fee of 15% which means I have to pay an extra R1049 to buy the or exchange for a different laptop of better battery performance. Their interpretation of returning the product in original packaging is ridiculous. I returned the product with the exact box and packaging but because I opening the box it's no longer in original packaging. Ridiculous as it may seem they were seriously. Not to mention that they don't tell you this before you purchase. After sales is very poor and this will never happen at a Game or Makro. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything at Hifi Corp unless it's a consumable like batteries etc. Bad aftersale service that no other retail company holds.
