Bad customer Experience - Goods not delivered and they aren't sure when it will be delivered either.

I done an online purchase for a Samsung 321L,I received a mail stating that it would be delivered this Monday (have not received my item).

I go in to the Clearwater Mall shop and I'm told that I need to wait as they have systems issues that doesn't allow them to track the logistics of the item. I understand that Technicians are working on the problem since Saturday... This is soooo frustrating!!! I require an update urgently
