Bad courier service

I have a big problem with hi-fi corporation and their courier partner which is RTT.I had made an online cellular phone order and paid for it now when my parcel is supposed to be delivered to me the guys from RTT calls and tell me that they can't deliver to my house as they don't deliver in my area.Main issue is when i ordered none of this was mantioned and also the problem is I am in a wheelchair so i can't move around or go anywhere as the rtt drive said i will have to meet with them at my neatest mall.Now when i contact hi-fi corporation they tell me i must change my delivery address and i am unable to do that.please can someone assistant me as I have waited too long to receive my order I have also opted to rather cancel this order once rather than this bad service i am receiving.
