Bad costomer service treated like a ********

<p>I went to buy a laptop at hi fi corp at jabulani mall and the service i got was very poor</p> <p>i was using a complements mastercard debit card gift card to pay for the item but the lady who was assisting refused stating that my gift card has to be audited and the person who does that is in namibia i questioned her that is a mastercard debit card that you can make a purchase anywhere but still she refused saying that its not aplicable to their store </p> <p>i even showed them the balances on the cards to show that they are active and the amaunt on the card </p>
