Bad Black Friday service

Bought a fridge off their website on Black Friday, it said it would be delivered within 2-5 working days but it has been about 2 weeks since then. I've tried contacting their online services but no one answers and been to a store twice for assistance but no help. They took the money and so far received nothing in return.
