BAD BED QUALITY

I purchased a bed in May 2021 which is not even a year old and its giving me problems. i asked the lady what is the warranty on the bed and she could not answer me and said she will log a call with the supplier. On 24 January 2022 I logged the issue and they assisted me with a Ref no: ***. Today is the 31 January and still no answer or call. Its a week now and still no feedback . This springs are hurting my body.
