Bad Bad Service

I bought a Queen Size bed online. Not even a month after its start sagging. Has a dent towards the middle and end. Logged a complaint. I received an email where i was requested to send photos. When i followed up i was informed that Sleepmaster that is the supplier needs to attend to my complaint. Its been almost two weeks no feedback. I was asked again for photos the excuse is the supplier cant see properly. My question is: Did i buy the bed from the supplier or from Hifi Corp? Why has no one from your store been send out to do inspection? The bed is so dented now that i cant even sleep on it. Feels like the springs are protruding through the material. Your company is false advertising because the bed that i received and the one you advertising is not what it promises to be. Im very disappointed and will not advise anyone to purchase from Hifi Corp.
