Bad bad service and time waisted

So i app**** online for credit. I got a email that states that i have been approved for R. It also states to finalize the application i should take serten documents to hi fi corp blanche. So today i went to the glen as it was the closes to me. Got there i was told sorry the person working with applications will only be back on monday. So now i must take off in the week to do this. I asked where is the other closes hi fi corp and i was told south gate. So went all the way to south gate just to find they have load shedding. I googled and saw that boksburg will be the next best option. So got in my car and went all the way from south gate to boksburg this after i called to make sure that i can do the finalization of my credit app.so got to boksburg the lady told me that they dont work with the reff that head office sends me they have to redo the application.so we dis. At the end se told me sorry but it now have to go for therther approval and i will again g3t a email when its aproved. So i said ok but will i then be able to go and buy the goods at the glen where i live as boksburg is way to far to come back and se told me no sorry. I have now waisted so much time and money today all because of the glen not having the person there to assist me when i needed it and also why do u send a email stating that one is approved for R but u still need to do it al over when u get to the store. If i knew that i would have so much problems buying for you i would have gone to ok or some where els. U just waist ones time and money
