Bad bad bad service

I bought a brand new fridge last year on 22 February 2014 for our holiday caravan. We never ever used this fridge since we bought it! On 7 February this year, we started getting everything ready as we booked a weekend away for valentines weekend and we then put the fridge into the caravan . We discovered the next day, on Sunday, that the fridge is not working. Light is on, but no sound, no compressor running and it is not getting cold. We cancelled our weekend away and on Saturday, 14 February 2015, took the fridge to Hi-Fi Corporation Montana, where we bought it. The sales people are sitting on the beds chatting, laughing, shouting. The shebeen-type music is deafening loud. We waited long to be helped. Johannes finally booked the fridge in and said he would call back that Monday as we requested a new fridge as we never used the fridge. He never phoned. Saturday, 6 March 2015, we went there. He said the fridge is not back. He would call us. We said it is 3 weeks already and was a new fridge! He just phoned. They booked the fridge with the wrong supplier. They are now having to collect the fridge and send it to the correct one. And we still have to wait for who knows how long!!!!
