BAD BAD BAD BAD ONLINE SERVICE

Very poor online service and management. Poor communication , feedback with customers and very bad follow up. I ordered a product online ,full paid and goit a receipt and SMS message that delivery will be Thursday. on the day of the supposed delivery. I am waiting at home for a delivery. I get a SMS message that delivery will be on the following Monday, mind you the furniture I had I gave it away on Wednesday in preparation for Thursday delivery, now I am sitting on an empty house with no proper commitment from them. The inconvenience and lack of service, empathy and consideration is ridiculous. when I ask for my refund, so I can go purchase my furniture else where with same day delivery, I am told to wait 14 days. You are truly a JOKE.
