Bad attitude and service

I recieved a call last week regarding my account being in arrears and i have to make a arrangement i explained my situation and was told to go in store and do so and in 2 hours recieved another 3 calls and got fed up and went in store broken heel and all went in and made arrangements as was tols . Then got phoned again yust before 6 saying i necer did and then they killed the phone on me call customer care they did the same after my friend phoned in and spoke got told to phone another nr did they said they cant help me to phone again another nr and killed the line on me you want my money but as i make arragements no help but you keep harrasing me .
