BAD ATTITUDE

<p>went to hi-fi corp on the 25th of October was assisted nicely by a sales rep named thando then on the finance side a guy named Vincent was so rude and disrespectful he **** saying at my work they not picking up the fone to confirm employment I called HR and they answered he later said I must wait went around the mall after 4hours he then says to me he has not called my company and that he's scan machine is not working saying this with an attitude I got fed up and told him to cancel my order and he said with pleasure I'm so disappointed with he's behaviour he needs to be taught what is the importance of customer he needs soft s****s and the way he kept talking about my finance he even called a sale guy to show him my records right in front of me I'm a fsp myself and I know what confidential information is but how Vincent kept conducting himself it's a shame hope you will ask him why there's so much forms pending and the same information.</p>
