Bad and unprofessional service

I placed a lay-by for a refrigerator at Hi Fi Corporation in Klerksdorp. I particularly inquired if it would be possible to have the refrigerator delivered to Rabie Ridge, which is in Midrand. I was informed that this was doable. On December 24, 2023, I went to pay the remaining amount and made sure to mention that I wanted it delivered to Midrand. The lady who was assisting me called a Woodmead store and found that they had stock, but she went on to say that having my fridge delivered to the requested location is a difficult process. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it wouldn't appear in my bank account for another 14 days. The service I received there was quite poor and very unprofessional; it appeared as though the woman serving me was inexperienced, and when she contacted another store employee for assistance, the second employee showed no interest in helping. If they had informed me right away that my request was not possible, I would have found another store, thus I feel like they wasted my time.
