Bad advertising

I went online to purchase a 292 lt silver Univa chest freezer which was advertised for R 2999, unfortunately there were some system issues which my purchase couldnt complete, so this morning(19/07/2021) i emailed *** to query this and the agent Xoliswa keeps telling me that they dont have stock of the item. So if you dont have stock then why is it advertised on the website? Is this not false advertising?
