Bad admin and paper work process

On the 26 July I bought I chair from them. I ordered black on their invoice they processed grey. I immediately phoned them and then and cancelled but they still continued and delivered. The next day the driver came back to collect the chair. Did not leave any document with my helper just took the chair and left.

Now I received a call from someone in Sandton saying they have a chair at their office which is my chair. Got our contacts from the box and it has be sitting there for almost 3 weeks.

On the other hands all I get is they are investigating. This is unacceptable , how hard can it be to sort out this?
